The map and the real-business directory show third-party data under open licences. This page carries the notices those licences ask for. Nothing in Helm Express is a survey of real people, and no real person’s record is ever shown.

The API attaches a licence notice, with a link to the licence text, to every directory response. If you redistribute directory data you received from the service, carry that notice and the licence link with it.
Place prose
The short paragraphs of local context that accompany each place were generated by a language model in 2026. They are not a licensed dataset, they are not regenerated automatically, and they may mention public figures in their public roles. If one is wrong, tell us.
